Short, cold, dark run

By | 10th December 2010

After my short, but successful walk, my wife wanted some things from the shop so I threw on some sweatpants, a fleece, jacket, gloves and hat and ran up and down stairs a few times and did a few potty squats to warm up before running to the shop.

As it was about -2 degrees Celcius, I carried some water shoes in my hands.

My feet did pretty well. I maintained sensation throughout, running about 1.7km.

There was a thickish frost on the ground in places, which was tougher but I found myself flexing my toes as they travelled through the air. That seemed to help.

Mad, but fun.
