Javascript wizardry

From rob on IRC, origin unknown, try this:

Go to a web page with lots of images, e.g.

Paste the following text into your address bar and watch the magic:

javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24; x4=300; y4=200; x5=300;y5=200;DI=document.images; DIL=DI.length; function A(){for(i=0; i

My life is a series of lists at the moment. I’m trying to organise myself more effectively and keeping track of the multitude of things that need doing is making my head spin.

I’ve made a [list to share](things-i-want “Things I Want for $occasion”), though.

Things I want

I am frequently accused of being difficult to buy for when it comes to the various events in the year (birthday, christmas etc) that people kindly wish to buy presents for me.

This is due to a complaint I suffer from whereby my brain suddenly empties itself when queried about such things. The same thing happens when I enter a music shop with money or vouchers to spend.

As such I have compiled a list of things that, given the funds, I would buy for myself. If you feel like buying one or more of them for me, please do. The things at Amazon will hopefully remove them from my wishlist when purchased, other things won’t but I will be very pleased if I receive them. (You may wish to inform my better half if you buy one of those for Christmas or birthday to ensure I don’t end up with the embarassing circumstance of having two of the same item.)

So, although this feels terribly mercenary, here’s the list:

My Amazon wishlist sorted by priority (things I would like most at the top)

N.B. It may be easier to give me the money to buy tools than buy them yourself. The set of knives is quite expensive and it would make more sense for me to order them all together, rather than have people pay separate postage.
