Having just taken a renewed interest in cycling. I have been researching a bit and came across the CTC’s Fill That Hole website. It’s a simple idea that seems well executed.
The basic concept is that you use a web form to report pot holes etc and they pass on the report to the relevant authority and track the request until it’s fixed. They have also used the Google Maps API to let you find the place on the map and place a marker so they can capture map reference.
