Put the science back in science

I saw this (( http://www.wellingtongrey.net/miscellanea/archive/2007-06-10–the-new-physics.html )) and the open letter to the AQA (( http://www.wellingtongrey.net/articles/archive/2007-06-07–open-letter-aqa.html)) that it links to and it made me want to hurt somebody. I am generally pretty apathetic, but the one of the things I enjoyed about physics was the mathematical certainties. So I signed the petition (( http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/physicsedu/ ))
